Returns And Refunds
We all make mistakes and that's completely fine. If you've ordered the incorrect size , all you have to do is pop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly assist you with the Returns and Refunds process. Cyan adheres to the South African Consumer Protection Act (2008) as well as the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act (2002).
Should the unfortunte happen and you receive the incorrect order, email us immediately and we'll rectify our mistake. We will courier the correct order to you, as well as courier the incorrect order from you, at absolutely no cost.
Our returns and refunds policy only lasts for 10 days after the item has reached you. After 10 days from the day of delivery, we will be unable to process an exchange or a refund.
In terms of an exchange for an identical item of a bigger/smaller size, the item of the incorrect size has to be couriered back to us before the process can continue. As soon as we receive the item , we will closely inspect it and if it meets our conditions* we will courier the item of the correct size to you. You will be notified via email when your item is being sent to you as well as a new tracking number. Please note that costs for sending the item back to us will be borne by the customer. Thereafter, no dditional courier charges will be charged. One should keep in mind that umtil we receive the item you wish to exchange , the item is fully your responsibility.
In terms of refunds, the item has to be couriered to us before we can make the bank transaction. Upon receiving the item, we will closely inspect it and if it meets our conditions* we will kindly refund you. Please take note that costs for sending the item back to us will be borne by the customer. One should keep in mind that until we receive the item, the item is fully your responsibility.Once we have approved your refund, you will be notified via email . Thereafter we will refund you in the same manner in which you paid. The amount may take up to 3-5 business days before reflecting in your account. If however, we do not approve the refund , we will notify you via email as well as courier the item back to you at no additional cost- however, we shall talk to you about this before returning the item. Please note that refunds do not include shipping and handling costs.
*In order for yor refund or exchange to successfully take place, please ensure your purchased item meets the following requirements:
1. a proof of purchase should be supplied
2. the item should be in its' original packaging and all original labels should be attached to it
3.the item should be unwashed, not worn , contain no stains nor smell of perfume.
4.items that were purchased on special, clearance sales, sales, bundles or as gifts do not qualify for a refund or exchange
5.items that were purchased with the use of affiliate coupons qualify for a refund of the discounted price, as well as qualify for an exchamge of a different size depending on the availability of stock.
